Chakra Balancing is a targeted energy healing practice designed to align and harmonize the body's seven main energy centers: the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras.  Each chakra governs specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your well-being and imbalances in these energy centers can manifest as stress, fatigue or emotional blockages. 

During this session, we work to clear, align and energize these energy centers using techniques such as guided meditation, visualization and the placement of crystals.  Each crystal is carefully chosen to resonate with the unique vibration of a specific chakra, amplifying the flow of energy and restoring equilibrium to your mind and body
